Subodh Chinthalapuri is a seasoned finance professional with a robust skill set in finance, accounting, strategy, quantitative analysis, and communication. He has a proven track record of enhancing financial results through effective programs, processes, and team management.
Subodh's career began in investment banking, where he gained extensive experience in middle market M&A and financial advisory roles at firms such as Mizuho Americas and Goldman Sachs. He later joined Uber pre-IPO, where he held various strategic finance roles, driving significant margin improvements and leading new business initiatives in the Premium, Events, and New Bets segments of the rides business.
Most recently, Subodh has been providing tailored financial strategies as a fractional CFO. He currently serves as Principal and has previously held key positions such as Head of FP&A at LeoLabs and Principal of CFO Services at Pilot.com. In these roles, he has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars in successful venture capital and private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity fundraising, and special situations involving distressed assets, real estate, and going concerns.
Throughout his career, Subodh has provided advisory services to numerous executives, delivering thoughtful, well-researched, and clearly communicated financial models, project plans, and TAM analyses. Prahlada Chinthalapuri is a seasoned SAP S/4HANA 20FICO Consultant with over 16 years of extensive experience in SAP environments, including S4HANA 2021, 1909, 1809, 1511, and ECC6. As a U.S. citizen with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Prahlada brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to every project.
Prahlada has successfully led six full-cycle implementations using Agile and ASAP methodologies. His industry experience spans Energy Services, Retail/Distribution, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.
His expertise includes all aspects of Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, BAM) and Controlling (CEA, IO, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, COPA). He is proficient in setting up APP, Lockbox, House Banks, and EBS, along with newer concepts such as Business Partner, Parallel Accounting, Extension Ledgers, and Document Splitting.
Prahlada excels in integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules, managing Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes. He has configured interfaces for tax software like VERTEX and SABRIX/OneSource and handled intercompany transfer pricing. His proficiency extends to data migration tools like LSMW and LTMC.
As a consultant, Prahlada excels in requirement gathering, SAP mapping, scoping, blueprinting, configuration, testing, user acceptance, training, documentation, and hypercare/production support. He has developed custom reports and interfaces using Report Painter, Report Writer, ABAP QUERY, and ABAP debugging.
